CSR / School Programmes
CAS strongly believes that collaboration within the animal welfare community is essential. By working alongside rescuers, caregivers, volunteers, fosterers, veterinary partners, government agencies, and other welfare organisations, we are able to provide more effective support for Singapore’s street dogs and cats.
At CAS, we believe that meaningful change begins with collective action. Through our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)/Student Volunteering Programme, we aim to create opportunities for our staff to give back, support animal welfare, and make a positive difference in the community.
1. CAS Merchandise for a Cause
Making a Difference Through Every Purchase
We can pack merchandise for office/school teams to sell selected merchandise through their respective offices, with proceeds supporting animal welfare initiatives. This initiative provides a simple and meaningful way for our employees to contribute while bringing the cause into the workplace.
How it works:
- Selected CAS merchandise will be made available for purchase at participating offices.
- All of the proceeds will be channelled towards supporting animal welfare initiatives.
- Staff can participate at their own pace while helping to raise awareness and funds for the cause..
2. CAS Donation Campaigns
Turning Generosity into Action
Corporate/Student teams can organise periodic donation campaigns to encourage staff participation and collective giving in support of animal welfare. They can do this via bake sales or any other fund raising campaigns they may have in mind!
These campaigns may focus on specific needs identified by the shelter or organisation, allowing staff to contribute items or funds that can directly support animals in need.
Donation campaigns may include:
- Food
- Funds for Medical and welfare needs
- Monetary donations towards specific initiatives
3. Kennel Sponsorship Programme
Sponsor a Kennel. Support a Life.
Through the CAS Kennel Sponsorship Programme, teams or departments will have the opportunity to sponsor a kennel and contribute towards the ongoing care and welfare of animals in need. They can use the funds raised in their fund raisers to support a kennel.
A kennel sponsorship can help support the day-to-day needs of animals while giving CAS teams a tangible connection to the impact they are making.
Depending on the sponsorship arrangement, CAS teams may receive updates about the sponsored kennel and the animals cared for there.
Kennel sponsorship may contribute towards:
- Food and daily care
- Veterinary and medical needs
- Shelter and maintenance
- Enrichment and wellbeing
- Other essential animal welfare requirements
