Primrose is looking for an experienced and dedicated couple or single person who understands that older dogs can come with a few extra needs — and that they have so much love to give in return.
Primrose absolutely loves her walks and is outdoor trained. She enjoys being out and about, exploring the world, and even going for a good swim! And if there’s mud around, you can be sure Primrose will find it — she loves nothing more than a good roll in the mud.
At home, she is a different kind of happy. Primrose loves gentle cuddles and settling down beside her humans for some quality TV time. She’s the perfect mix of adventure buddy outdoors and cosy companion indoors.
Primrose does have some additional needs. She has arthritis and incontinence, so her adopter will need to be prepared to provide the extra care, patience, and understanding she deserves. She is also frightened by storms and thunder and may hide when the weather gets loud and scary. She will need a calm, secure home where she can feel safe during these moments.
When it comes to other dogs, Primrose can be a little selective. She absolutely LOVES charming male doggies and can have a wonderful time with the right canine companion. However, she may not always be comfortable around other dogs, particularly when out on walks. Her adopter will need to be patient and give her plenty of time and space to adjust when encountering other dogs.
Primrose is a healthy, outdoor-trained girl with plenty of life and personality left to share. She may need an experienced person who understands her quirks, but in return, you’ll have a loyal walking companion, a muddy-adventure enthusiast, a gentle cuddle buddy, and the perfect sofa companion.
